Meet Hannah

Hannah believes in the power of real estate. She knows that your home is so much more then a roof over your head. It is an investment for you, a place for your loved ones, and 4 walls which you will create priceless memories, and so much more.

That being said, finding your home or investment can be a stressful endeavor. That is why Hannah is passionate about helping people get the most value for their money without compromising the vision.  With a background in nonprofit, education, and service, Hannah shows up ready to help you achieve your goals. She is passionate about helping people realize the potential of their investments and considering their long term return both for oneself and the community.

Hannah comes from a family of real estate investors. Her great grandfather began investing in his 20’s in the Seattle area in both residential and commercial. His son took his equity and made more investments and his children took his equity and purchased their homes.  Now Hannah has followed the family tradition and built a home in Bellingham because of their investments. It is through this experience that Hannah learned the affects of generational real estate investments. Your home purchase today, could be the reason your great grandchild is able to purchase a home as well.

Hannah serves all of Whatcom County, including the Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Birch Bay/Blaine and Deming areas. She is confident working with buyers and sellers with wide ranging budgets and tastes. Whether it’s a manufactured home in the county or a million dollar home on a bluff, Hannah wants to help make your dream a reality.

In her free time, Hannah loves to run, work on house projects, drink delicious coffee, play guitar, and read all kinds of books. She loves the outdoors, her family and boyfriend, and eagerly anticipates the next travel opportunity. You may find her wining in a card game with her boyfriend at the local pub or volunteering at various children's events in Bellingham.

Bellingham

Bellingham is a lot of things. A college town. The northernmost city in the contiguous United States. A mid-point between Seattle and Vancouver, BC. A beer lover’s paradise. But more than anything it is, hands down, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Views from Bellingham include Mt. Baker and the Cascades, Bellingham Bay and the tree-lined San Juan Islands. The water of Bellingham Bay provides opportunities for boating, kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, and viewing the spectacular craggy, coastline. And with Mt. Baker at our doorstep, winter sports like skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing are moments away. The city is great for bicyclists. With more than 60 miles of bike lanes on the roads and almost 70 miles of trails, getting on your bike for a jaunt is both easy and picturesque. The trails are great for an afternoon stroll or longer hike too. Bellingham has long been a gathering place for creatives. Artists from the literary, theater, musical and visual arts make up a vibrant scene that attracts both residents and visitors. Seattle is 90 miles to the south, and Vancouver is about 50 miles to the north, which means those arts and cultural centers are just a drive away as well. If you’d like to learn more about Bellingham, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
